Our home is located on a hillside with a wonderful seaside view - the harbour & lots of small islands. It is an ideal location for exploring the most beautiful nature Norway can offer. Ulsteinvik is the main centre on an island (total 12000 habitants) southwest of Ålesund (app. 30 minutes to travel to The Jugend City of Ålesund). Nearest airport is Ålesund airport (40 min.). The centre of Ulsteinvik is 10 min. walks away and has 3 restaurants/cafes, 2 pubs, all adequate shops.
