Our house is ideal for cyclists and walkers, but also there are many golf courses close by.
North Devon has wide expanses of sandy beaches which are popular with surfers & bathers alike. Exmoor National Park is a few minutes drive away. The cities Exeter, Bristol & Plymouth are within easy access by car or public transport. Shops & restaurants within 5-10 mins walk.
