Our house is about 5000 feet in size with 5 bedrooms, 1 large bath room, 2 ensuites, and 4 toilets, a huge lounge 27x26 with a sunken conversation area 14x10, central heating through out. Laundry with washing machine and dryer. All rooms have a view of 40k into the valley, we are in a rural area. The house is on 5 acres of lawn and gardens; we are 5-6 minutes from the centre of the city. Goulburn is the first inland city in NSW. There are all conveniences, TV satalite video, computer ETC.
