The house is on two levels with an internal stone staircase which is quite steep. Two double bedrooms, dining room, sitting room with gas stove, well equipped kitchen, and bathroom with power shower. Broadband and computer access is available.
The property, only 3/4 mile from Princes Street, is serviced by an excellent public transport service. There are numerous Festival venues and a variety of shops, pubs and restaurants within easy walking distance.
