Our home is two years old and situated in a retirement park environment 1 mile (1.6km) from the coastal town of Ulladulla. The house has 2 bedrooms and a computer room, is carpeted as appropriate. It has reverse-cycle airconditioning for heating and cooling. The park has a swimming pool and BBQ area. Our car is a Holden sedan, 5 seater, 3.8litre, and is equipped with dual fuel (LPG & petrol).
Ulladulla is situated 200km south of Sydney on the Tasman sea coast. It boasts a picturesque fishing harbour and attracts many holiday makers to the stunning beaches. The area has four clubs which provide excellent meals and entertainment at very reasonable prices. The climate is temperate - pleasantly sunny and crisp in winter.
