House has a new open plan kitchen/breakfast/dining room through to the lounge with open fireplace. Master bedroom kingsize /en suite toilet and shower. Further double and twin bedrooms (bunks or singles). New modern main bathroom with shower. Garden has large sunken patio/bbq/garden furniture with 6 seater hot tub (housed) adjacent.
We have full internet access and sat. tv.
Have some fun with our karaoke machine !! Loads of songs on cd's. Just plug into the tv and sing away. You won't disturb the neighbours!!
We live in a small rural village with hotel and pub (larger town of Auchterarder 2 miles away with shops, restaurants etc.) and are seconds from the motorway to Edinburgh (40 mins drive and Glasgow, 40 mins).
