Nice apartment with great view over Garda Lake, in residence with large swimming pools - Italian

Italians and Austrians loves Garda Lake. Our apt. it's located in a sunny residence with a beautiful view of the lake from the hills 4 km above Toscolano. It has two swimming pools, one very large. We have one bedroom, living room with bed couch to host 2 more people (tot. 4) and a terrace/balcony with barbeque.

The apartment is available all year round except from mid July to August also for non-simultaneus exchanges.
Vacation rental is considered if I cannot travel to requesting locality.

About the location

It's a peaceful place surrounded by olive groves. The north part of Garda Lake is an international site for wind & kite surf. Nearby are horse riding facilities and a marvelous 18hole Golf club.

You can choose within a lot of walks, from the hills over the lake or along the small towns on the lakeside full of restaurants, theatres, beaches and shops.

A lot to see nearby: nature or cities like Verona (wth the Arena spectacles) and Venice, less than 2 hr drive.
