We live in a quiet cul de sac in a modern Australian colonial style home. It has a full length veranda to front and entertainment deck and BBQ to back. There are four bedrooms upstairs one with en suite and walk in robe. There is also a newly built fully self contained flat downstairs. The house is on an elevated block so, at the end of the day sit back, relax and enjoy the lovely views of the surrounding area. There is air conditioning to the main bedroom and living areas and all rooms have ceiling fans.
The Great Barrier reef is accessible by launch from the marina or drive up the coast by road. The local beach, where there are bbq's, tables and play areas, is a short drive.
We can also offer our lovely one bedroomed holiday apartment at Surfer's Paradise on the Gold Coast. It has pool spa and sauna.
