Lovely 4 Bed home in Gold Coast, Australia

Our house is situated close to all of the key attractions on the Gold Coast. We are 15 minutes drive from some of the best beaches in the world. The sun shines nearly all year round (there isn’t really a cloudy time of year at all) and that combines with the best surfing waves, white sandy beaches with numerous cafes and restaurants set next to the sea. There are many parks and areas for outdoor recreation, with barbeques set up for anyone to use at their convenience.

This is a great place for gentle cycling along the shore line. In the Hinterland there are breathtaking views to be experienced from a top of the mountain ranges (which are an easy drive to the plateau summits). Here you can find great restaurants, craft shops and wineries. It’s excellent for bush walking.

There are 3 major theme parks 10 minutes from the house. Surfers’ Paradise also features a Sea World theme park. From the main marina you can hire boats for serious fishing, or travel to the beautiful islands, which feature their own special attractions. Brisbane airport and Brisbane City itself with all of its attractions are an hour’s drive, or a comfortable hour's train ride away. Coolangatta airport, to the south is only 40 minutes away.

Our home has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a TV entertainment room, a study, a dining room, kitchen/living area, and living room. The garden features a big pool and a large undercover area, which is a great place for dining outside using the large barbeque. The house is air-conditioned and can be ‘reversedto provide heating.
