Kiama Heights home with coastal and rural views.

We have a two storey home in the beautiful coastal town of Kiama. The area is semi rural, a favoured holiday location but not over commercialised. Apart from stunning coastal and rainforest scenery features of the area include good restaurants, pubs/clubs, wineries, National Parks and excellent sporting facilities. Kiama is 90 minutes (maximum) from the Sydney CBD by car or train.

House facilities include three bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, laundry, two living areas, balcony, great ocean views, backyard, BBQ and outdoor entertainment area. We have a quiet street with friendly neighbours. It is only a three hundred metre walk to a safe family beach and there are four other great surfing beaches within a ten minute drive.

About the location

Kiama is a beachside town of ten thousand people on the South Coast of NSW. In school holiday periods the population increases significantly but delightfully the area is still quiet compared to most over commercialised holiday areas on the NSW east coast. There is quick access to at least four good surfing or swimming beaches, 20 minutes maximum by car. Easts Beach is a five minute walk from our house. There are beautiful coastal walks, cycleways, and water ways to kayak in the area. We have bicycles, kayaks and a ute available to transport them. There is also good access to nearby national parks, and the southern highlands. Sydney is also within easy reach by car or train. We often go to Sydney for sporting events or nights out at restaurants, concerts or theatres.
