Lovely 5 Bed home in CAPE TOWN, SOUTH AFRICA

We offer a new and luxurious home situated on a secure housing estate within well maintained grounds surrounded by some of the most beautiful landscape in Cape Town. We have never looked at a holiday exchange before. We are a family of four with well behaved twin daughters.This is an ideal opportunity for a family with children, however, even if you do not have children our well maintained home offers a wonderful holiday in a peaceful environment. We have an enclosed garden and swimming pool. Our home offers magnificient views of the whole mountain range including Table mountain. The estate is located within walking distance of a shopping centre and resturants, however, we do recommend that you rent a car. The beach is only 15 minutes by car and two golf courses located 2 minutess by car, with the estate being placed at the foot of Silvermine mountain range, there are numerous opportunities for forest and mountain walks as well as scenic drives. We have a house keeper three times weekly included in exchange.
