Lovely 5 Bed home in Castletroy, Ireland

We live in a beautiful, spacious 5 bedroom house in a suburban area on the outskirts of Limerick city, 1 km from the University, Sports Arena, Olympic-sized pool. We are a 5- minute walk from several good restaurants, a pub, a grocery store and a shopping centre, and we are a 20 minute drive from Shannon Airport.

We have a very large kitchen with all modern conveniences, several computers, a piano, several musical instruments, and many books you would of course be welcome to use during your stay. Our house is bright, modern and airy, and is only 3 years old. It has a music room, a TV room, 2 1/2 bathrooms, a glass conservatory, and a back garden. We would be happy to supply our bicycles, or any other items you might wish to use.

Our neighborhood is quiet and friendly, and we are surrounded by fields on 2 sides. If you wish to tour Ireland, our location is ideal for touring or day-tripping to Clare, Cork, Galway, Kerry and Dublin which are all within 20-190 kms drive.
