Lovely 2 Bed home in MONTREAL, CANADA

My 100 square metre condominium is located on Nun's Island which is a satellite island of the island of Montreal in the St. Lawrence river. It is a 15 minute drive from the centre of Montreal. The condo is near cycle paths, the St. Laurence and a nature reserve. There is wireless broadband internet and cable television. Montreal is the world's second largest French-speaking city after Paris and is famous for its affordable gourmet restaurants and world renowned festivals.

July temperatures will be in the high 20s celsius but the property has central air conditioning. Subject to insurance, my car is available. It is a 2006 BMW 325i with a navigation system which will be useful for visitors.
