Lovely 2 Bed home in Marseillan, France

Our apartment is located on the edge of a small town called Marseillan in the Languedoc and overlooks vineyards and a large lake in the distance. A lake is about 5 mins away by car and the Mediterranean about 10 mins to with a beach that stretches for 16km.

The property is on the third floor of a small apartment building with gated access by road with a secure entrance but please note there is no lift. The property consists of a lounge/kitchen with a modern Hygena kitchen and spacious balcony. There are two good sized bedrooms with ample wardrobe space as well as a bathroom with separate WC. The lounge/kitchen and bedrooms all have shuttered windows for security and to keep the apartment cool.
