Lovely 3 Bed home in San Fulgencio, Spain

Our lovely villa is situated in a great location just 5 minute drive from the beautiful sandy beach and pine forest - just 20 minutes drive from Alicante airport.

The villa is adjacent to our swimming pool (privately shared amongst neighbours) which is surrounded by tropical plants, palm trees and mountain views in the distance.

Our lounge has mountain and countryside views visible from the French doors which open out onto a balcony and patio. On this floor is a modern kitchen, a garden room which we use for dining, and exercising (There is a rowing machine), two bedrooms, (one with king size bed and the other with single bed) There is a shower room/toilet in-between both rooms. On the large patio is a table shaded by a canopy, barbecue, sun chairs & loungers.

Underneath the villa we have a large open plan studio apartment which we occasionally rent out. www.bb.lamarinaforum.com It has its own separate entrance as well as access from the main villa. There is a King size bed and a double Ikea sofabed and it has a en suite bathroom with walk in shower. There is a kitchenette which leads out onto a small garden.

Finally we have another small roof terrace with further reaching views of the surrounding Countryside and overlooking the swimming pool.

We have sat 3d smart TV in the main villa and large tv with English channels in the studio, air-conditioning and wifi broadband throughout. We have an imac computer, Xbox, dart board, films, books, and board games for your entertainment The villa is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac and is very peaceful. A variety of bars, cafes, supermarket and some shops and restaurants are within a short 5 min. walk from our home.

We are surrounded by lovely Spanish villages & Towns - just a short drive away. We are perfectly placed for a holiday in the sun with all amenities close at hand and wonderful places to visit. Granada is just a couple of hours drive away, where you can visit the wonderful Alhambra Palace, or in winter, ski in the mountains. Elche; famous for its Palm trees, half hour drive. Visit the castle in Alicante, the museums or the fine dining - really, there are too many places to suit all tastes to mention here.
