Our home, Casa Di Gatto, is a three bedroom, three bathroom Tuscan style house. Located on Lake Osoyoos in the southern wine country of British Columbia’s Okanagan valley between Osoyoos and Oliver about a 45 minute drive from the regional airport in Penticton which is serviced by flights from Vancouver.
The main floor of the house is an open plan consisting of kitchen, dining and living “great room” in addition to a laundry room and powder room. Also on the main floor is the master bedroom suite with a king-sized bed and ensuite bathroom. Spectacular views of the lake and vineyards are afforded from the bedroom and the adjoining patio. The second and third bedrooms are on the lower floor. The second has a queen sized bed. The third bedroom has both a queen sized bed and a set of bunk beds. Each bedroom has a gorgeous lake and vineyard view. This lakeside ground floor is equipped with a full kitchen and a media room with sliding doors opening to a very large deck. The expansive patio is equipped with lounge chairs, patio furniture and even an outdoor shower. A private dock and the lake are but a few steps away.
