Our home is comfortable, easy-care and well equipped (ceiling fans, evaporative air conditioning throughout, refigerated air conditioning to the living area, combustion heater and central heating, automatic garden watering system, dish washer etc). It consists of a lounge/dining room, family room, kitchen, laundry, under-cover patios and 5 bedrooms which are currently utilised as a study, a sewing/music room, a main bedroom with ensuite and two single bedrooms. Our shady garden has an inbuilt barbecue, a prerequisite for the West Aussie icon of a good steak with premium red wine accompaniment. We can also provide an economical 2.4 litre diesel Volvo XC70 car exchange, which is recommended for touring the countryside to see the wildlife, hard-wood forests, wineries and beautiful coastal scenery.

About the location

Perth is a beautiful, modern city of 1.7 million people, located on the Swan River and is renowned for its beaches, surfing, fishing, wineries, restaurants and outdoor life style.

Our home is located within 5 minutes walk of the Indian Ocean on the Sunset Coast, in the northern suburbs of Perth, Western Australia.

And this part of the coast is very popular with walkers, swimmers and cafe goers any time of the year.

As well as being served by public transport. Other amenities (eg shopping, doctor, pharmacy, restaurants, golf course, library) are nearby.

Also the climate is hard to beat, averaging 18 degrees Celsius in winter and 30 degrees in summer with an annual average of 8 hours sunlight per day, making it the sunniest capital city in Australia. We average 2-3 days of rainfall in summer and up to 19 days in July (mid-winter).
