Lovely 2 Bed home in MAZATLAN, Mexico
Beautifully renovated home in the Historic District. Very comfortable, filled with art. It has a large patio, lap pool and garden. The guest bedroom and bath are located upstairs off the patio. I also have an art studio that I would consider exchanging with an artist.
My home is 2 blocks from the beach and the malecon, a walkway along the ocean that stretches for miles. There are cafes overlooking the water, a great place to go for sunset. It is easy walking distance to the Plaza Machado where there are lots of restaurants and music. Easy walking to the Market where you can buy your fresh fruit, veges, fish, meat, etc. Mazatlan's architecture is tropical colonial, lots of color, small tree-lined streets. There is a wonderful turn of the century Theatre that anchors the plaza - where there are concerts of dance, music, etc. There is always something going on in the Old Town.
