Our house is in the Phinney Ridge neighborhood of Seattle, within walking distance of our city's excellent zoo, close to Green Lake, and set in a neighborhood commercial district with grocer, hardware, and bookstore just round the corner. Downtown Seattle is 10 minutes drive, or 25 minute bus ride.
It is a 1930-built brick single family home with modern kitchen and baths, well equipped for families. Seattle is a wonderful city to explore, particularly for those who love the arts, good food, and outdoor recreation. From our neighborhood you get beautiful views of our spectacular mountain ranges to the east (Cascades) and west (Olympics). You'll want to get out there and experience them directly.
