Lovely 4 Bed home in GOLD COAST - Reedy Creek, AUSTRALIA

Our home is an award winning Eco House and 2 years old. 3 miles from the famous Gold Coast beaches such as Burleigh Beach, Palm Beach, Currumbin beach and 5 miles from Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach surfing beaches. The Lamington National Park Rainforest's are less than one hours drive, where you can walk under waterfalls and walk the canopies of the rainforests. The Gold Coast has fabulous restaurants and cafes. Night life is fantastic but quiet nights walking on the beach is also on your doorstep. This is where the sun shines. Me, I miss the wind and the rain and some cold nights. This is the Sunshine state where you can walk for miles on deserted beaches from the Northern Gold Coast all the way down to Byron Bay in Northern New South Wales (45 minutes away).

We have 3 large bedrooms all with double beds and one smaller bedroom with a single bed. A computer with broadband internet. Grand Piano, Bicycles, Car is included if its a reciprocal agreement). Fans throughout, DVD, Video, Cable TV, Music system, large cd collection. Second family/living room used by our children (aged 17 and 13 has DVD,TV, Playstation, and Cable TV (separate box). A large BBQ is outside on the deck with gas bottle attached. Double electronic lock up garage, table tennis table. Large brilliant chef's stove.

Small grocery store 500 meters away, with small pizza shop, off-license/bottle shop and DVD rental store. A short drive takes you to the best Italian restaurant I've been to. The Sirromet winery is 45 minutes away.
