Bourges has 75,000 inhabitants, a rich cultural life (eg the famous spring festival). We live in a quiet street with a view of the cathedral, 15 mn walk from the railway station, 2 hours from Paris (by train or car).

The house is fully renovated. A 1000 sq metres garden with pond, pavilion, small bridge to a 70 sq metres terrace (half wood floor; half sunny). The garden level is composed of a large kitchen, a living room with a fire place in the center of the room, a veranda, an office, a hammam. The 4 bedrooms are on the 1st floor, with jacuzzi. On the street level - garage.

We bought this house 7 years ago. I go to work at the hospital at 3 km by bike. I'm 51; my wife 47; a daughter of 18 and a son of 15.
