Lovely 4 Bed home in Londonderry, USA
We have a spacious 4 bedroom house with 2 ½ baths in Londonderry New Hampshire, only 45 mins to historic downtown Boston. We live in a new, child-friendly, quiet neighborhood, with lots to do within an hour’s drive (golf, sightseeing, beaches, shopping).
There are numerous beautiful seaside towns within an hour’s drive (Newburyport in Massachusetts, the Hamptons in New Hampshire). The New Hampshire White Mountains are a two-hour drive away. We are surrounded by orchards and farms where you can pick your own fruits and pay a visit to friendly goats and ducks!
The house is very comfortable for a large family- it has central air-conditionining and heating, a gas fireplace, and a fully-equipped kitchen (microwave, range/oven, large fridge, dishwasher). We have a very large private backyard with a patio set and a gas grill for BBQs/cookouts. There are also two cars available for use (a 2002 Honda CRV and an older Nissan Maxima).
There is one king-sized bed in the master, a queen bed in the guest room and a full bed in my daughter’s room. The 4th room has a baby crib (but we also have an aerobed available).
