Spacious detached house in lovely rural setting - Cornwall

Our home is a spacious, modern detached house quietly situated beside a golf course. We have two double guest bedrooms, one with ensuite shower room and the other using the family bathroom. The house is reverse level so we have our sitting room, dining room and kitchen with dining area upstairs all with access to a full length south facing balcony with view of the garden, woods and golf course.

We love animals and would be delighted to look after pets.

We do not feel that our home is suitable for children or pets.

About the location

We are within the Tamar Valley Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (www.welovethetamarvalley.co.uk/) and the area is perfect for access to the coasts of Devon and Cornwall with great beaches, old fishing ports, quaint towns and stunning scenery. Bodmin moor and Dartmoor are both close by for exploration by car, on foot or by bike. The South West Coast Path that goes round the whole of the South West Peninsular is easy to access. Also visit the historic city of Plymouth and some of the many historic houses and gardens nearby.

You do not have to be a member to play golf at St Mellion International Golf Club nearby. It also has a bar, restaurant and brasserie open to all. www.st-mellion.co.uk
