19th century bourgeois house overlooking canal, near river, lake and bird reserve. Walking, boating (mooring available) cycling along towpath, easy access to Paris by train(1hr). Charming terraced gardens. Very quiet but motorway access is only five minutes away. Close to all facilities.

We have a cat and would like to take her. Regret that due to works 2009 swap is now not possible.
