Our semi-detached house is situated on the outskirts of Bodmin, in the centre of Cornwall.
House is very well maintained throughout, and modern inside. There is a double bedroom and two singles, one of which is a box room, but has a loft hatch/ladder which enables access to a well decorated loft, which we use as a playroom. Back and front gardens, play equipment, trampoline and playhouse.
It is a very quiet location near the beautiful Cornish countryside, but just a ten minute walk to the town and 10 miles from both Cornish coasts.
We are in a crescent, which has beautiful 'green'in the centre, our children play safely and happily there and we can see them at all times. Great neighbours who would be more than happy to help you if needed.
