Lovely 1 Bed home in Green Valley, USA

My condo is located in high desert one hour south of Tucson, half an hour from airport. Best in late fall, winter, and early spring. Very comfortable for 2, add'l pull-out double sofa-bed in front room.
Located in retirement community surrounded by golf courses. Long vistas overlooking a driving range to Santa Rita Mountains in Coronado Nat'l Forest where excellent day or overnight hiking is 20 minutes from condo. Also good trail biking. Excellent trail guide available at minimal cost. Horseback excursions can be arranged. More excellent hiking within an hour any direction.
Condo is one level with friendly golfers in the adjoining units on either side. $30/month enables visitors to use 5 swimming pools and activity centers. Border crossing to Mexico (Nogales) is 45 minutes south with artist community (Tubac), Tumacocari Nat'l Park, and great spice factory in between. Or drive to northern Arizona to Navaho country or Grand Canyon.
Car is a necessity; you can use mine.
