Lovely 3 Bed home in Canberra, Australia

The house is well located for the city shops, cinemas and theatre. There are good walking trails 10 mins from the house. A bus passes by and the stop is 2 mins walk. All of the cultural institutions which one would expect in the nation's capital are on our door step. The beautiful Lake Burley Griffin is 10 mins walk away and the paths around are good for walking and cycling. The local shopping central is five minutes walk away and has a post office, chemist, supermarket, medical centre, eye specialist, a bakery, a liquor store, a newsagency, a cafe and two good restaurants. In May and June the weather is still good - pleasant temperatures and sunny, but with cold nights. We have a heating system and would expect payment for that. Sydney is 3 hours by bus and car.
