Lovely 3 Bed home in Armidale, Australia

Our house is on 8 acres just outside Armidale in Northern New South Wales half way between Brisbane and Sydney. The area is well known for its national parks with many gorges/waterfalls close by.

Armidale is 3000 ft about sea level and the climate is cool in winter (with frost at night but 20+ degrees during the day) and - for Australia- mild summers (rarely over 30 degrees). It is a university town with 20000 people and a thriving cultural and cafe scene.

We live 8 kms (5 miles) out of town with chickens, a large vegetable garden and an orchard. neither of which needs much looking after (other than the occasional watering).
