Lovely 2 Bed home in Manhattan, USA

My apartment is in the shadow of Columbia University, 7 blocks north of central park (where I walk daily), in the fully revived and revamped South Harlem (yes, people are calling it SoHa). You can always tell when an area has officially completed its gentrification and we've had our Starbucks just one block away for a little over a year now. You're one block in the opposite direction from the nearest subway stop (B/C trains) and 2 cross town blocks from the 2/3 train. I'll give you "my guide" to NYC for lots of good insider information (including, please don't waste too much time in Times Square) on my favorite places and getting around. People find it invaluable.

The building has a gym, laundry and the apt all amenities.
