We are lucky to own a large and spacious 4 bedroom house with pool and aircon in one of west Brisbane's best suburbs, Kenmore Hills. Although we are only about 10km from the city centre we are on the very edge of the city, with routes nearby leading to the Darling Downs, Scenic Rim and motorway links to the Gold and Sunshine Coast resort/beach areas, just over an hour away by car. It's a great location which is extremely quiet and secluded with no one overlooking the house or pool.
The house has excellent amenities and is very comfortable and child-friendly. We can make a car available, with satnav to make life easy.
