Lovely 4 Bed home in Te Awamutu, New Zealand
Our house is a large country home in central North Island New Zealand. The house has open plan living with 4 bedrooms, library, office, laundry, 2 living areas, a pool room and good outdoor living areas around the house with access to the pool. We have a 240 cow dairy farm near by.
Our local town is 10 minute drive and our city is 45 minute drive with an airport just 30 minutes away.
There is a golf course 5 minutes away and lots of scenic walks and bike rides for the active.
We are about 2 hour drive from the nearest ski fields and an hour drive to the coast where you will find long sandy beaches.
Not too far away you will find the famous "Lord of the Rings" film set and we are about 45 minutes from some great thermal hot pools.
