We live in a barn conversion in the village of Gretton, on the edge of Northamptonshire and Rutland. Very clean, safe, friendly, three pubs (one with excellent food) within a minute's walk, a village shop and cafe, and loads of fresh air.

The house has a study, garden room, utility, long kitchen, downstairs toilet, dining room, lounge, a long garden (mostly lawn with small patio and some decking at the back); upstairs, there are three bedrooms, a main bathroom with shower & toilet and a smaller ensuite with shower & toilet. Offstreet parking with a large gravel driveway.

Nearby are the towns of Corby (a bit plain but with excellent pool and gym); Uppingham, with its famous school and lovely cafes and shops; Rockingham Castle; Rutland Water (20 mins by car) with sailing, boating and nice walks; pretty nearby towns of Stamford, Oakham and Oundle all 20 mins by car.
