A modern, new build flat, first floor (no lift)with patio doors to balcony with plants and seats overlooking green space and trees. 1 double bedroom but often have visitors stay and plenty of room in lounge for 1 more on a single full size mattress that I store. Very near south circular road and 4 miles to Traflgar Square and centre of London. Good 24 hour transport links. Smokers welcome if they only smoke on the outside lounge balcony.
