Built in 1886,in the town of Helensburgh, Argyll approximately 25 miles west of Glasgow, our home is a 5 minute walk from the train station and main centre & a 10 minute drive from Loch Lomond. Our lovely home has bags of space and many period features. There is a twin bedroom with en suite 4 piece bathroom, and 3 double bedrooms one of which has ensuite 2 piece bathroom. There's a 4 piece bathroom on 1st floor Downstairs has 2 large lounges one of which is open-plan to the kitchen. A sunny dining room and shower room/ utility room..Our private garden has a south facing raised deck and patio area with a BBQ, table and chairs for 6 people and a larged grassed area surrounded by established trees and shrubs. There is a 3-car gated driveway with additional off-road non-gated parking for 1 car.

Helensburgh has 2 train stations on Glasgow(45mins) and Edinburgh(90 mins) lines,the West Highlands & Islands. Helensburgh is a 40 minute drive from the historic city of Stirling & 90 minutes from the beautiful highland town of Oban. World-class golf courses are nearby, as well as sailing, hillwalking & fishing. Loch Lomond is a ten minute drive away and seaplanes leave from nearby Cameron House on trips over the stunning scenery of the west coast and the islands. There are various beautiful and safe spots to swim from on the Loch and various local watersports companies offering kayaking, wakeboarding, wateskiing and paddle boarding.
