We live in a quiet bay side suburb, Soldiers Point, one of several around the Port Stephens Bay area in NSW. Our two level duplex was completed in 2007 and we are the first owners. The home is very modern with four bedrooms, two bathrooms; three WCs. The home has ducted air conditioning, ducted vacuum, intercom phone at the front door with monitors. There is a double lock up garage at the entrance with electric remote control. Upstairs is the entry level with the study, the living and kitchen area (open floor plan) main bedroom walk through wardrobe and en suite. In the common areas floors feature polished Australian hardwoods. Bedrooms and stairs are carpeted.

Downstairs are three bedrooms a bathroom separate WC. There is a small front garden and grassed rear garden. The west facing verandas on both levels give beautiful filtered views of the bay. Three hundred metres away a two minute walk takes one to Sunset Beach and then a short walk to the marina and sailing club. The Marina has two restaurants.

Our home is 2 ½ hours to northern precincts Sydney by car and there is daily bus service. When travelling to Sydney we take the bus to avoid the traffic and congestion
