Lovely 3 Bed home in Barcelona, Spain
Hi, We are a charming family of 4 consisting of a couple and two young of 17 and 13. Our dwelling is a nice flat with 110square meters fully restored in 2000, located at the main street of the district of Gracia. The dwelling has air conditioning, heating and other amenities such as WIFI, TV. The flat hasn't terrace, but through a window we can see a quiet garden in the rear facade. The dwelling is in the first floor of the building and is very close to Paseo de Gracia St, with its famous buildings like "La Pedrera" or "Casa Batll?".
In August lots of streets are full decorated, with live music and great atmosphere.
The location allows easy visit to the city on foot, by public transport or taxi.
We have 2 bikes at home.
