Lovely 3 Bed home in Launceston, England

Our house is a modern, detached, 3/4 bedroomed house on the outskirts of a small village. We back onto open countryside and have extensive views from the sitting room and two bedrooms.

South Petherwin is a rural village, with a pub, Church and shop and is only two miles from Launceston which is a pretty market town with shops, supermarket and some excellent restaurants. Bodmin moor and Dartmoor are within easy reach and are areas of outstanding natural beauty. The North Cornwall coast is 30 mins drive, with wonderful cliff top walks,and surfing beaches. We are less than an hours drive from both Exeter and Plymouth which have cinema's, theatres and many famous historical sights.
