Ours is a townhouse in a gated community restricted to persons over the age of 55 (at least one person must be of this age). Our townhouse backs onto a beautiful park area with a stream and surrounded with a privacy fence.

It is famous for its fruit growing and winemaking, the hiking in the surrounding hills, and the downhill skiing in the winter. It is situated 4 1/2 hours by car from Vancouver and 1 1/2 hours from the nearest American border. The province is well known for its beautiful mountains, lakes, and forest scenery.
