A 1896 Victorian redbrick townhouse, spread over 4 floors. The top floor has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. Children's bunk bed in one room and two singles (or one double) in the other room. The 1st floor has a master bedroom connecting to a dressing room. The mezzanine had a bathroom with rolltop bath and power shower. The dressing room can be separated and used as a 4th bedroom with a futon. The ground floor has two connecting rooms as a lounge and study. The lower ground floor has a beautiful kitchen and dining room with french doors and steps to a garden. There is also a utility room with washing machine and drier.
Canonbury is a very desirable family neighbourhood (with quite a few famous people!!) in Islington. Our local shopping district (5 mins walk) is a mile long and has over 100 restaurants and bars. It is tree lined and very quiet.
The house is a short walk from a great tube station and many buses that will get you to all the attractions of London in a short time. For example, Oxford Street is about 20 minutes from the front door.

2012 OLYMPICS - YES WE ARE INTERESTED AND LIVE 6 MILES FROM THE OLYMPIC VILLAGE (15 minute direct train from our station). We will be expecting a really amazing exchange house any where in the world - surprise us!
