Mine is on the upper ground floor & has fantasic 13ft high ceilings with original detailing and floor to ceiling windows throughout. It`s bright & spacious. Situated in central Hove, 40 metres from the seafront & 3 minutes walk to a supermarket. Brighton city centre is a 20 minute walk away or a 10 minute bus journey. Brighton is bohemian and you`ll love it`s renowned unique Laines shopping streets, great nightlife and restaurants.

Also only 50 minutes to Central London by train and Hove station is a 5 minute walk.
