Lovely 4 Bed home in Oakham, England

Detached four-bedroom house with large gardens, in the market town of Oakham, Rutland. Two double bedrooms; one single; and one single/twin. We have a sitting room, dining room, children's play room, large kitchen with table and nice upright piano. The back garden has two lawns and plenty of flowerbeds. There is also a hot tub, which we will fill with fresh water for any visitor to use if they wish.
Oakham is a historic market town. It has a market twice a week and plenty of small, independent shops as well as two supermarkets. It has a train station ten minuteswalk away from us and is well connected towards Cambridge, Stansted Airport and Leicester/Birmingham.
