We have a beautiful Hawaiian 1-story hale in a residential area 10 minute walk to the water at Poipu Beach, Kaua'i. It is 3BR/2BA + outdoor shower. We have a gorgeous yard and are located in one of the most desirable areas of the island. We would consider auto exchange as well. This is a 2nd home so your dates are flexible, not necessarily simultaneous. If you love the beach this is your place to live aloha!
