Lovely 4 Bed home in North Queensferry, Scotland

This is a large Edwardian villa situated at the top of the small Scottish village of North Queensferry. The house has 4 bedrooms although we prefer use of three. We can be flexible with sleeping arrangements as the bedrooms are all a good size. We have a large rear garden with good size front garden. A good sized living room, large kitchen and conservatory make it a comfortable house with history.

The house is located 2 minutes from the railway station that takes you straight into Edinburgh in 20 minutes. The scale of the house and the closeness to Edinburgh makes it perfect to get to the festival and all of the cities attractions without the hassle of the city.

We have two cats who will need a little looking after!
