Lovely 2 Bed home in Wanganui, New Zealand
We offer a style of house known in New Zealand as a California Bungalow. Our house was built in 1920 but has been refurbished to include a modern kitchen and bathroom. It is fully insulated and has a wood burner fire in the lounge with heat extensions to other rooms. We offer 2 bedrooms, the 3rd one is for-the computer and my craft room. Our garden is mature and of easy care. We have no pets either. We also offer a 2007 Ford Focus vehicle.
Our house is situated with easy walking distance (10 mins) to supermarkets and a very pleasant town. Wanganui is a river city with many large trees and parks.
We are only 1 hour from Palmerston North and 2 1/2 hours drive from the Capital city of Wellington.
We have friends who would meet and greet you and see that you are settled in.
