A beautiful Craftsmen inspired home, located in Santa Rosa, the very heart of Sonoma County's world renowned wine country with easy access to Healdsburg, Sonoma, Alexander Valley and Dry Creek Valley. There are over 300 wineries in our area.
We are located approximately 50 miles from the Golden Gate Bridge and San Francisco. The Pacific ocean is about a 30 minute drive.
Close to shops, restaurants, post office and banks. Our home is situated on approximately one third acre of landscaped gardens and lawns and offers approximately 2875 square feet of living area.
Our home has four bedrooms, and three full bathrooms. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom. One bedroom is on the ground floor with a queen size bed and a bathroom across the hallway.
We have a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer.
We sleep eight comfortably.
