If you enjoy holidays by the sea, country walks and good food and drink, Teignmouth is an ideal place from which to explore the wonderful county of Devon.

Situated at the mouth of the River Teign, Teignmouth is a short drive or train journey from the cathedral city of Exeter and the ancient market town of Totnes. Looking south, the splendid seascape of Lyme Bay stretches east towards to Sidmouth and Lyme Regis and west towards Torquay and Dartmouth. Looking north up the estuary, the breathtaking landscapes of Dartmoor can be seen from the beach and are only a short drive away.

Our semi-detached family home is a comfortable, spacious and well situated property, just 5 minutes from the sea and the numerous activities Teignmouth has to offer, from stylish beachside cafes to an award-winning family play park and seasports centre. The house is fully equipped, with two double bedrooms and a single, a useful extra sitting room/studio and two friendly cats! A garden with summerhouse and patio gives plenty of outdoor space too, for enjoying one of the officially sunniest places in the UK!
