A 12 year old 2 level, comfortable, well equipped house located in the centre of a village which is surrounded by forests, national parks, waterways with the Pacific Ocean (surfing beaches) about 15k away (NOTE: ABOUT THE MAP LOCATION: The house is NOT where it is shown on the map. Kendall is just a little to the east of the indicated house position on the map. Please zoom in to the map and look for the village of Kendall. I have not been able to change the map so that it is correct).

The house has on the lower level a double bedroom with double bed, living area with double sofa bed, bathroom, kitchen, dining and laundry. The upper level consists of a queen bedroom, bathroom and large living area with views across forests to the hills. The house is very light and airy. A single garage is available and the garden is extensive. There is a ceiling fan in each of the following rooms...downstairs living area, kitchen, upstairs main bedroom and upstairs living area. The downstairs bedroom and living area also has a reverse-cycle air conditioning system.

The area is basically rural in the immediate vicinity of the village but the area within 50k is a well known and popular tourist destination. Port Macquarie is the nearest major town with all facilities including a major airport and this is about 35k away. Closer to home and within about 8km there are 2 major supermarkets, medical centres, restaurants, cafes and all of the features of a small coastal town.

A train service 3 times a day connects us with Sydney to the south and Brisbane to the north. Less than 2 k away is the major north/south Sydney to Brisbane highway with Sydney being 350k and a 4hours drive sway.
