The bathroom with bath/shower is on the first floor along with the 3rd bedroom and a further 2 bedrooms on the second floor (one double and one kids room/single). It's not a flash pad but it is a great house - cozy and comfortable and homely. It has a washing machine, microwave, Virgin TV and internet access.
