About the location

The area is a National Heritage site with many old engine houses from the tin mining days. Special cycle trails have been made and it is ideal for walkers too. Carn Brea is the site of an iron age fortified settlement and once climbed it makes a grand viewing point.

Being very close to the North coast it is handy for the Coastal Footpath and all the stunning coastline. Penzance,St Ives, Truro and Falmouth are all within half an hour drive away while there are too many beaches and small harbours to mention.

You can dine at some of the finest restaurants in England or enjoy the atmosphere of real Cornish Inns. Cornwall is also famous for its art and Tate St Ives, along with many municipal and private galleries, is worth visiting.
