Lovely light, contemporary and comfortable, detached house (only built 3 years ago). The house is a 10 minute walk from Exeter town centre with many restaurants, newly developed shopping centre, cinemas, sports centres, swimming pools, the Cathedral and a short walk to the Quayside where you can hire canoes and rowing boats and bicycles/lots of bicycle lanes.

Easy access to the beautiful Jurassic coastline with both sandy and pebble beaches (approx 10 miles to Exmouth) and the North Devon Beaches with their long expanses of golden sand. Exeter is surrounded by fantastic countryside with the opportunity for long walks and long country pub lunches! Dartmoor is a short journey by car or public transport from Exeter town centre - enjoy a well deserved Devon cream tea after a good walk up the amazing tors. There are also many National Trust Properties to be explored in Devon.

We have a garden and a patio area with table and chairs. There is a driveway with parking for two cars. WiFi access available.
